Food was great and service was amazing. It was my first time but will not be my last
The quality of the food, the exemplary service and the professionalism of the entire staff was PERFECT! And Heather was WONDERFUL and it was her first night, too! Even the owner went table to table to make sure everything was alright! We are now hooked and will be back!!
Discovered this restaurant with my son Saturday night, May 20th. We received a friendly welcome! We sat out on the porch ... rather pleasant. Friendly waitperson. We each enjoyed a delicious pasta entree with a choice of a pasta add. Great idea! My son added chicken and I added grilled salmon. Whole wheat pasta was available. Delicious garlic bread. Would definitely recommend this restaurant in Colchester.
First time here, no reservation for Mother's Day but they had a small table for three available.Thankfully we arrived just after opening.. Starting with the salad , it was not as good as I had hoped and with no dressing on the side it was a little dry. Our next serving The New England chowder , this was amazing ! Our main meal was one of the specials. A little pricey , but it was delicious! We had the crabmeat-lobster ravioli! I couldn't ask for better! The service was good... Have been multiple times over the last few years and will continue to do so. Went last night w/ my husband for our 32nd wedding anniversary fresh out of work.... We just needed time alone and great food, and Cafe Mangia delivered! Cold Peroni's, muscles, and rannbow salad to start, then moved into a fabulous salmon, parmasian rissoto and grilled asparagus dish to die for.
