I LOVE YOU, CAFE MADELEINE!!! I often wish there was a Cafe Madeleine near me, wherever I went in the world. There was never a thing I tried there that I didn't like. And there are some things that I've only had here & haven't been able to find anywhere else: like their Hot Chocolate/Mocha. They use actual Chocolate Ganache! As well as topping it off with Chocolate Whipped Cream, made in-house, with the same Chocolate Ganache! You can't get anymore richer & truer than that.
