Today I went into cafe Italia to enjoy my baked ziti. Little did I know that there was a hair in the middle of my pasta. So I picked up my fork to examine in and put it off to the side. The kind waiter came and saw the grey hair and took it back, apologizing. The manager, GINA, then came out to yell at me in front of the whole restaurant, accusing me that I put the hair so I could get the plate free. She was rude and told me never to come back. We gladly left and will never be returning and I hope nobody else will either.
Very good service and the alfrado was wonderful. The tiramisu was phenomenal. I think we have a favorite place in Marshall now.
We enjoy the food and the service was great yesterday.other time we been their the service wasn't to good.butnow It really good .and the food is always great.
We loved everything about it and are thankful there is now such a fine place as this in Marshall!
We reserved a room for a small party and as usual some of the group was late. We ordered a few appetizers while we waited and one of the owners came out of the kitchen and started yelling at us about ordering before our group was complete. That was the worst service that I have ever received not mention damn right rude of an owner. Needless to say I will never return. I would've gotten better service from McDonald's. they won't stay in business very long with that kind of service.
