Website directly states to call the store to ask what beans they have on rotation. Called the cafe, was told "we're a little busy right now, just come in and check it out" before being hung up on. Laughably bad service and clearly not bean focused.

They are extremely rude. I asked a question about the coffee and maybe asked wrong. English is not my first language. The barista meanly lectured me about coffee instead of answering my question. Stay away.

The service here is irregular and highly dependent on if you order the “right thing” the “right way”. I hate coming here when the owner is working, not just because of the arrogance, but because of the judgement. I stick to a simple latte here so I don’t accidentally get banned or forced to argue instead of kindly corrected or engaged with over the contents of a beverage. Really, who does this guy think he is?

Save your money. I always try to support local businesses, but experiences like this make it very difficult. I ordered an iced chai latte with a shot of espresso—a dirty chai. The barista told me their chai is house-made and the owner does not recommend adding espresso, so they refused to add it. I then ordered the chai and a separate espresso shot.
