Cafe Fina is, by far, the best restaurant that we have experienced in the Monterey area. We have been to Monterey numerous times, and we usually stay about four days at a time. We have dinner at Cafe Fina multiple times. Any time that we try any other restaurant, we regret it. Last month I had the same entree two nights in a row, heavenly pasta with prawns.
