Yes, it's cliché and a number one tourist spot, and yes, you should go. It's a classic not to be missed. Beignets are warm and coffee is good. Three (small) beignets per order, by the way.
Get the beignets. They are good, but gave me a stomach ache. They go best with a cup of coffee.
