The beignets are in fact extremely delicious.
Good beignets.
Beignets and cafe au lait are a good first step to recovery after a night in the French Quarter. Crazy packed, but they run it like a well-oiled machine.
Tourist trap. Plenty of other places to eat beignets aka funnel cake. Lines are a waste of time when there are so many other things to do and eat! Cross the street and buy an art piece to take home!

Frozen cafe Au late... CASH ONLY. And they want paid right away. Had to leave hot beignets to find an ATM.
