Coffee and donuts
The beignets are well worth the hype. Don’t leave NOLA without dropping by Cafe du Monde for late night beignets!
Aside from the no brainer reason to go being beneits, the iced cafe au lait is a cool compliment and it’s kind of funny to bask in the outdoor cafeteria setting w/ everyone dusted in powdered sugar.
No place does it better! I avoid the powder sugar.
Do they accept credit cards? IDK, servers never came to my table. So I left.
Beignets of course
Achei o local sujo, ambiente mediano e Beignets não tão macio. Sem muita opção, só Beignets e café. O Café Beignets, 1 quarteirão abaixo, é bem melhor, com música, mais limpo e Beignets mais macios.
Absolutely loved it! The beignets are always fresh and hot. Just be mindful that they only accept cash.
Very limited beignets only and did I mention call only?
