Hues of yellow and cool mountain mornings herald the coming of fall. The harvest is upon us. Like our Native American forebears, we reap the bounty, and prepare for the coming of winter. Chef Kate Rench pays homage to this tradition through her fall menu and use of seasonal ingredients such as; chanterelles, squash, kale, apples, cherries, and shellfish, to name a few.
