Rude staff that don't greet people upon entering. $20+ for a breakfast sandwich and pancakes and no sides. They expect tipping but we order at the counter and then bus our own stuff. They have like warm water out for customers. You can't add ice? Try harder. We're not coming back.
Orders a few iced lattes and they were PHENOMENAL! Will definitely be back!
