Best Restaurant on Earth – I have been a regular at Cafe Con Leche for about 7 years, usually on a once a week basis. Hands-down, THE best restaurant. Daniel Lucci, owner and head chef is brilliant. Try the soups - my favorites are Sweet Potato Jalepeno and Apple-Butternut Squash. Everything on the menu is incredible (Linguine w/Sea Scallops, Cajun Tilapia Garden Salad).
