The only reason I am giving this place any stars is because of Travis. He is the only good thing about this place! The cashier with the multi colored hair is BAD FOR BUSINESS! I have never seen customer service as bad as she provides! I have seen her yell at customers and its so unprofessional! She told a customer who was dissatisfied that she was the "head cashier" like that is really a thing! She is on a power trip and soon this place will be closed because of her!
I gave this place 4 stars because, well, the food is great (shout out to Travis!!!) but the owner is.....interesting. She tends to find great cooks, but they only last for so long before quitting or being let go. She also upcharges every damn thing (cups of sauce, cups, ice, extra anything). Pricing is consistently high BUT you're paying for convenience. There are a LOT of companies in the Galleria.
