I ordered the stuffed chicken breast. It came slathered in risotto. I HATE risotto! I do not eat rice. I HATE RICE! I am very picky and I know I can be difficult. That is why I read the menu description very carefully. My $20 plate was inedible. Nothing in the menu suggested that my chicken would be served in risotto. I don't readily bounce back. My dinner was ruined. My appetite was ruined. This was with a large carry out order or I would have sent it back.
Never a disappointment, love the excellent food, the atmosphere and the great service!!!!!
I've just had the absolute worse and embarrassing experience ever at Cafe Borgia! A restaurant that I considered one of my favorite restaurants in which to dine until today. After today, I will never patronize this restaurant again. I frequented this place regularly and took friends and family members on a regular basis. Best food! Better than Maggianos!
Have loved it for over 25 years. Today waitress Pam couldn't have made my mom's 91st birthday lunch any better. She helped her with everything but wasn't overbearing. Managed to respect our privacy and put a candle in her cheesecake. The food was phenomenal and I got to have my beloved yellow tomato salad. Chef picked from their garden. Wish I could just live there. Can never say enough good things about this place. Thank you Cafe Borgia for a great time.
