First time at Cafe Blue. It did Not disappoint. Menu so interesting, wanted to try everything. Wait staff was amazing,too.

disappointed that my (very expensive) oysters had bits of shell in every bite.. as someone who worked in the restaurant industry I was always told to give the oysters a light rinse before disconnecting the mussel to remove those shells... Everything else was incredible. I got the chef special and everything had such incredible flavor. Our server, Reagan had great energy and was attentive while still giving us our space. 😊
Our server, Melanie, was super attentive, checking our drink levels, asking if we needed anything and very pleasant. Food as always was absolutely awesome!
