Love it cozy and great service
I just had another delicious dinner at my favorite restaurant. The pan- seared Mary's Chicken is always great, but this summer's version is the best yet! It was so nice sitting in a roomy, comfortable booth with our dog under the table on a warm summer night. Love Cafe Bernardo!
A bit pricey, $45 for two sandwiches, a salad, and two drinks, but fresh ingredients and everything tasted good. Service was a little slow, but not annoyingly so. Nice atmosphere.
Tonight was our 3rd trip to this restaurant. The food wasn't as good as it had been in the past, for the price, but it wasn't bad either - sandwiches were dry, shoestring fries were hot and tasty. They service was the main issue. Examples: It took 2 requests and about 15 minutes before I received my iced tea, which I ordered when all the other drinks were requested. Great atmosphere. Awesome food. Pretty reasonable prices. Love their Eggs Benedict, Salads are yammy!! And protein style burger is always a winner!!
Overall, not bad except when I order scrambled eggs with cheese I expect them to not just throw a slice of cheese on top😒
