This sales coordinator is a certified scammer. Charging a base fee of $500 to take photos outside... while paying to stay at the hotel, who does that? The patio is nice, its not $500 for 20 minutes nice. Preying on couples who just want to take photos for their wedding day. Shame on you, absolutely disgusting.
