Let me preface this by saying AMAZING coffee. Terrible service. My mother is visiting from out of town and made a mistake while ordering and the guy behind the counter proceeded to roll his eyes and be a jerk to her and then turn to the side and make a snarky comment to his coworker. Where we could see and hear him. If he's fired I'd definitely continue bringing my out of town visitors...until then I will make sure everyone knows how terrible the people are.
