I went to Cafe 4212 on July 3, 2015 for their Happy Hour. I was very upset since their has been a new management change the service and prices was a disaster. If you want a drink it use to be five dollars on any drink. Well now the drink is only what they decide and it is served in a shot glass. A sloth aircondition goes out around seven.
