This guy makes a chicken salad that is in the same league as Old Mill Tasty Shop. I tried a bunch of his recipes at an event he catered a while back and everything was awesome; familiar entrees that were solid yet unique. In case you don't know, the Cafe is located in the lobby of the downtown YMCA, but you don't have to be a member to eat there.
