My son and I went in and were the only one in line, and got overlooked by 4 people for roughly 3 minutes. One of the ladies finally acknowledged us, but had to tell the young boy talking to get our soup. We had ordered a drink, orange dreamsicle and that dispenser was empty. We were told it would take 10 minutes. We just got something else. Also, by where the drink dispensers were smelled like rotting broccoli. It was very off putting! Have been coming to this location since they opened. Their food is generally quality and have only had the occasional order mix up. In the last month though, their service has become very slow and the wait time to receive food has easily doubled or tripled. If you’re looking for somewhere to get lunch, recommend somewhere else unless you have at least an hour break. Example, ordered a salad online and the estimated time was 11 minutes but actual wait time was 43 minutes.
I ordered the southwest bowl and I have to say I watched them throw together. They were busy which was a fact but the picture and how this looks are two different things and then the girl didn’t know what was included in the bowl ..
Man they were busy bees in there. But the spirits were high and they were working through it. But you could tell they were completely understaffed. As a corporation you should just pay people higher wages so they can live then they will show up to work and work hard. You can tell other guests were getting upset with the situation of just not enough staff being in the building. Long term this is what's going to kill your product if you don't start finding Solutions.
