Food was delicious. I will start eating there at home, but cost will hold us back from eating here all the time.
This place has been my go to- until today. I ordered my usual and had my boyfriend pick up the food. He waited for our food for a total of 25 minutes. 10 in the drive thru and 15 in store at the online order pickup station where he was seen and blatantly ignored by not only the manager but the 6 employees present as well. They all locked up and eyes with him and did not once ask to assist him. Food quality went downhill. I used to love Zupas, food tasted fresh and the bowls were so good. I came back months later just to be disappointed again. Their food doesn’t taste like it used to. Also the portions are indeed smaller. I got the Mediterranean bowl and it tasted awful to be honest, also there was barely any rice and chicken and the food in the bowl was less compared to how it used to be. Barely any sauce. I was a regular at Zupas in the location near my house and same thing, food quality also went downhill there.... read more
