horrible experience, employees are disrespectful and rude, wouldn’t give me a refund for giving me the wrong item! ordered the dubai chocolate strawberries (paid $9.75) and only got the chocolate covered strawberries because they don’t serve the dubai chocolate strawberries at any location. i paid $9.75 for chocolate covered strawberries (the same chocolate as the free strawberries you get with a meal) which is absolutely ridiculous. the employees on 3/14/2025 at 5pm were slow and distracted, not paying any attention to cust... read more
We ordered our food online for pickup. Our food was ready 16 minutes after it was supposed to be. They didn't notice that we asked for no cheese in the southwest avocado bowl. The lettuce for my salad was cut poorly, with 50% of it being in large pieces as big as my hand. The employees were preoccupied with the people placing their orders in person. I would have gotten my food in a third of the time if we had just ordered in the line. This was such a dissatisfying experience that I don't think we'll be coming back.
Love lunch here. Salad and sandwich is economical and delicious
