I want to start by saying we are Zupas fans at our home. I was less than satisfied with our most recent experience though. We placed an order on the app and arrived when our order was supposed to be ready. We waited 45 minutes for the order. We had hungry kids that we needed to feed and in the meantime I ended up finding a different meal for my youngest. messed up my order, drove back to fix it they were extremely rude about it. Will never come to this store again
Has anyone in Zupas management tried to spread their ice cube butter onto the rolls they provide? I have to believe if they had, they would quickly find a better process so that customers could have easily spreadable butter available. All Zupas locations that I have been to do the same thing. No Management Response after a year. I guess we will continue to get rock hard, cold butter, to enjoy cold working into the bread they serve. Such a simple request.
Sergio’s customer service was terrible. You’re supposed to be the hospitality manager. We had a free meal and he said I had already been redeemed, but our birthday was yesterday and we have not been to Zupas. He was not helpful at all and was very rude. I have had multiple issues with customer service at the zoo is location and will not be returning due to in increasing prices and terrible service.
