Came in and got the try two combo with a sandwich and a a soup it was very delicious and the staff were so kind and helpful Joaquin the team member that helped me figure out which soup I wanted and what was most popular there was a big help will come here again!
Fast and fresh with salads, soups and sandwiches comes with a chocolate dipped strawberry even! Love the Try 2 Combos and seasonal offerings. Also the mixed drinks are super good but change by the season too. I do miss all the dessert offerings they used to have. Also service and dining room cleanliness varies with some times more friendly and helpful than others.
I spent $53 on delivery. I called the store and asked them to staple my bag closed. My bag came to my home wide open and with not a piece of tape or staple! I will not ever eat here again or order anything here! I asked one simple thing and that was to much! If you can’t do that, don’t worry about my money either! This place sucks at customer service or competent people or management! On top of this I discovered I asked for wild rice and got white rice…
I normally love Zupas and have been happy with the experience and I love the food, but this pickup order I just opened up at home is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen. In the picture I have not eaten a single bite of this salad yet, and I pushed it to one side so you can see just how ridiculously underfilled this salad container is.
