My wife and I are from Utah/Idaho but live in Kansas City. Every time we visit, we have to stop at Zupas at least once because my wife and I love it so much. It's a place where you can eat and feel nourished when you leave.

Zupas does the fast-casual soup and sandwich thing better than anyone. The tomato basil soup is legendary and the Wisconsin cauliflower is underrated. Half-sandwich half-soup combos are the move. Salads are fresh and generously portioned. Everything made in-house daily which you can taste. The South Jordan location is one of the cleaner, better-run ones in the chain. Lunch here sets the tone for a great afternoon. Never a bad visit.
Dirtiest location I’ve ever been to. Food was good but the trash area was piled high, table was dirty. I also could barely understand the operating partner behind the counter he was mumbling pretty bad. Again,food was good though!
