Listen Im not one to leave reviews EVER but my experience today was absolutely ridiculous. I went in and waited 30 minutes before i could even order and i was patient. I get you guys were under staffed but one person working a saturday lunch is insane! Don't get me wrong he did amazing for the pressure he was under. He had take outs and a 10 person line he was working on PLUS A CATERING he called his uppers about because he cant do everything. The phone call was on speaker so you could hear everything as well. I am leaving this review specifically for the manager of this specific location.. We often order food to-go for our family from here and in the past few months something has been wrong with our order almost every single time. It’s not always something we have to return back to the store for. However, it is frustrating to be asking for tips on online orders before even knowing what type of service we will receive. Outrageously expensive. Food is good enough but for the price you could go to a very nice restaurant with table service and get a full dinner meal.
