Went with some friends for a lunch date. What a downer. The feeling in this location has definitely changed. My friend and I both commented that this used to be a fun and lively place where the staff looked like they truly enjoyed working here. They all look very unhappy. New management is not friendly. Very disappointed. Who wants to eat in a place with major tension?
The customer service at this location is superb. I took my boyfriend there for the 1st time and the lasy was so friendly, she let him try like 6 different soups. Her enthusiasm about the food there is contagious. It was a great experience. Since then I have gone back multiple times a week. It is the best place around if you are looking for soups. Delicious.
