The lady working there is extremely rude and unpleasant. She acts as if taking orders is a burden and consistently treats customers poorly. It’s not just me I've witnessed her behaving disrespectfully toward others too, often shouting and yelling at customers without any reason (including today). She even made the customer before me feel stupid despite of getting his order wrong and then acted hostile towards me as well. Everytime she is on a shift it's a bad experience. The café itself is nice, but the woman who works in the evenings really affects the experience. I don’t understand why she works in hospitality when she clearly lacks basic customer service skills. I brought my mom there and her attitude made the visit very unpleasant—she speaks as if she’s doing customers a favor by serving them. Because of her behavior, I’ve stopped going to this café and now prefer Baristello in Outremont instead. Disappointed !
Le service est normalement bon, mais il est gâché par une vieille dame (celle du soir) qui se plaint constamment de la présence des clients. Soit elle râle parce qu’elle n’a pas le temps de manger en criant cela devant les clients , soit elle se plaint qu’ils ne laissent pas assez de pourboire. probably my favourite café dépot I went to, I love the ambiance and its very clean
C’est ce service je me tape 15min pour allez au cafer depot. Le magasin ferme a 21h je vien a 20h40 pour prendre ma boisson elle me dit elle a laver la machine j’ai pas envis de le faire. Changer moi ce personnel.
