I love this place! I work at the mall so it is a convenient place to get coffee, the staff are always delightful and efficent, I also love the options on the menu and the seasonal menu changes are so interesting! The prices are similar to Starbucks but honestly I'd recommend to get coffee from this place instead.
Foodcourt spot so atmosphere is cite bjt no room to sit. Got muffins: blueberry, apple, cranberry lemon and butter pecan. Everything was good!!!
Went here today for the first time and ordered a berry banana smoothie. I’ll take some of the blame here as I did forget to ask what the base is made with (ie: almond milk, yogurt, etc) but when I saw it being made with soy milk, I asked can it be made with almond milk. The staff then said to me “well it’s already been made” and then asked if that was ok. I had the worst experience at this location. I ordered a pumpkin spice cold brew and I told the barista to make it sweet, to get a response "it's already sweet". The drink tasted like water, so I asked the barista if they can add maybe some more spice or anything to elevate the flavour, the barista was very defensive. She said "well you ordered it" and "I can't help you". I asked her name which she refused to provide too.
