The lady was sitting on her phone when I walked in. It took a couple of minutes before she came over to help me. There was an already opened milk carton on the counter, probably sitting there for a while, right next to the cash register (doesn’t belong there at all). I asked for a strawberry matcha. She seemed totally clueless about how to make it. She used the old milk from the counter, ran out, and then added oat milk to finish it — which I never asked for.
