I wish I could give a zero star for the horrible customer service that this company displayed. Had an appointment at 3pm and they never said someone needed to be home for the service to be rendered. He never called to say that he was there rang the doorbell and left without calling to say, I was on site. 20 minutes later I called to find out what happened and he said he left and he’s not in the area to come back with an attitude. Opened pool, left it a cloudy mess, it’s been open for two weeks and still trying to deal with it. Hired them so I don’t have to try to figure it out and fix the imbalances.
So rude! Answered the phone with an attitude, didn’t even answer saying hello just waited for me to start talking. When I said I was looking for quotes on services it was just “ok?” Said he’s too busy for any closing servicing, which fine you’re busy I understand. When I asked about cleaning & said what town he right away said no too far. The whole conversation was extremely unprofessional. The guy wont service our pool because of dog poo which makes him look unprofessianal. I WOULDNT RECOMMING THE SERVICE ! The guy acted like he didnt want to work at all. Horrible service!
