Ceasar came out and replaced our water heater the same day that we noticed a leak and for about half of what most of the other locals services had quoted us for the cost of labor. The work was fast and clean and very high quality as far as I can tell, no issues as of a week later.
DO NOT HIRE THIS PLUMBER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. I am a custom home builder who gave Cesar an opportunity to work on a project ... a decision that I quickly regretted. He represented himself as licensed, bonded and insured ... he is not (we checked into it after the project began). In Maryland where the project was, it is actually illegal to represent yourself as a licensed contractor when you are not (punishable by fines and possible jail time). He forged permit paperwork and submitted falsified invoices. He continually lie... read more
Caesar was recommended to me by an applicance rep person for a kitchen sink that was not draining. He responded to my call very quickly, came the same day and did a great job. He explained and showed me what the problem was and how he was going to fix. He had all the needed parts and finished the job perfectly. I would highly recommend Caesar to all. Thanks
I got Mr Caesar's number for a friend. I had leaking to the basement. He make a big whole in the ceiling without my permission, i was 12 min delay to the house and He left un-repaired. He ask me to pay him $800 to repair it. I told him $300 he didn't agree. I got some one fix it for $250. When I try to convince him he was very rude and unrespect. He told " you can go wherever you want, you get nothing for me". I'm writing this because I want him to learn form this lesson. He shouldn't be disrespecting customer. He has not do... read more
