I highly recommend Caesar Creek Animal Clinic! Dr. Matt and his staff go out of their way to treat you and your pets like family. We had to put our dog to sleep and they made sure to explain everything to us and to go at our pace. When we got a new kitten, they cuddled her and made her feel so at home she didn't even cry getting her first shots. They always seem to be able to get us right in for appointments, medication refills, or a phone consult. Thank you Caesar Creek Animal Clinic for taking such good care of us!

My experience at Caeser Creek Animal Clinic was wonderful. Dr. Carey and Sarah, both, spent so much time making our Golden Retriever, Sadie, comfortable before examining her for our first visit there. Dr. Carey is super knowledgable and kind! We are so grateful to have found a wonderful, trust-worthy veterinarian so close by!
We took our new puppy to Caesar Creek Animal Clinic and couldn’t be happier!!! Maddie went above and beyond to help us out and answered all of our questions even after our appointment! Dr. Carey and Maddie were both awesome and we can’t wait for a follow up!
I use to see Dr. Carey at orchard veterinary in Wilmington, he was the best. No one told me where he had gone to after he left....I found him last week and he saw my 10 year old bulldog stella, he was the 1st one to see her at 10 weeks old❤ great staff, clean. friendly. So glad to be back!!!!
Dr Matt and his staff are the best! He had my Molly feeling better in one day, they are very caring and your not just a number like other Vets! I would definitely recommend him.
