Don’t waste your time coming here. This is by far the worst doctor’s office I’ve ever been to. The doctor takes an unreasonable amount of time to actually see patients, leaving people waiting in the room for nearly an hour. On top of that, the staff especially Souad was extremely rude and unprofessional, which is unacceptable in a medical setting. Patients deserve care and respect, not to be treated this way. 0/10 experience. Save yourself the time and frustration go elsewhere.
My family and I arrived for our appointment three minutes late, but we had called ahead to inform the clinic that we would be arriving shortly, especially since we had our children with us. Unfortunately, upon our arrival, we encountered a receptionist whose attitude was quite rude and unwelcoming. The interaction left us feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. Why does it says open when the doctor isn’t available . And front desk lady sits there with no smile her face and rude behaviour .
Great staff. Great doctors. Great pharmacists and pharmacy assistants. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone should go here. They also have compounding for pharmacies that are looking to order
