Dr.Y is the absolute best in the biz. She’s super busy though because everyone knows it, so don’t be late! Not only was she able to treat my condition, but she also got the treatments compounded which made sticking to my regiment much easier. A+++

Dr Yani seems nice but I will never again see her as a provider. I’ve been working with her for some time and my skin only gets worse. When I come in for in-person visits she stands on the opposite side of the room and doesn’t even look at my skin before prescribing several different ointments. I’ve had terrible allergic reactions to everything she has given me. I keep telling her that I want to understand what’s causing my eczema but I don’t feel heard.

I had an appointment at 9 a.m. and ran into unexpected traffic and called at 9 to let them know that I was running late and would be there by 9:10. I was told that was fine, there was a 15 minute appointment. I arrived at 9:15 and was told I could now only be seen at 11 for "only one issue" because there was no grace period and appointments are only 13 minutes long. I should note that I waited 6 months for this appointment.
