I had to deal with Caeli for years. She either had a very low skill set and didn't understand simple requests that were fair or she just didn't care. Her ego was astonishing being she's not a doctor but a nurse. I've had doctor's call me when there was a problem but not Caeili. She wanted respect but couldn't give it.
