I can't say enough good things about the office and maintenance people. They have nothing but cheap rent, attentive and caring office staff, and great maintenance staff. I plan on renting from Cady Management for as along as I'm in the market to rent. I recommend anyone who recognizes value in their rental home to look here first.
First off if you are looking for employment with this company, DON'T DO IT!!! The owner Shannon is corrupt in the fact that she will deduct hours from a pay period if it goes over what she says you are allowed to work and this is illegal. I found this out the hard way, Next She could care less about you like in the way she treated me after I stuck up for myself when some black kid decided to call me a racist name.
