Very happy with the services they provide for my workplace. They do a really good job. It helps that I'm on a texting basis with the cleaners, so any small "hey, can you clean under this rouge desk" or "there's a spot here" - and it gets taken care of. Very satisfied with their services!

Business with Cady building maintenance has always been exceptionally great. However in a last few months their service had gone drastically downhill. When I called to express my concerns the customer service was equally as bad as the service. I was told Tom cady and Tammy cady were no longer apart of the company. This explains a lot. I would take my business elsewhere.

Bo arrived early to clean my three offices. He is personable. Great eye contact and strong hand shake. I was not ready for him, so he went and had a cup of coffee. Came back and got right to work. Bo was patient with the craziness of other contractors in his way to finish the job. He was more than helpful and friendly. I definitely would hire him back to do the work.

I completed my job with caddy they have yet to pay me... Wouldn't recommend

Beau has come out 3 times to clean our carpets. He is respectful, timely, professional and does a great job. He never disappoints - I would highly recommend him for carpet cleaning and duct work.
