I went in with a workers comp back injury, waited for a while, the. The girl at the front desk takes me back to do X-rays. Then had to wait for another 20-30 minutes for what I thought was a doctor, but I guess just a nurse, who only asked me about the problem and didn’t really do an exam. Front desk staff is 100% not people friendly. I checked in at 8am the 1st in to do a D.O.T. Physical waited an hr to go get an update after 9 people came and left while I still waited. 2hrs still here at the business went to my car to grab paperwork for the doctor and continued to wait even more. I have never had horrible experience before in 18 year of dealing with this line of business. I hope to never have to come here again. 😕

DOT physical wait over 2 hours when showing not busy! Have come here for 3 years for the physical and have never had a problem like this! Change in staff = lazy workers!!! No ambition!!!
