I had a great experience at Caduceus USA for my pre-employment drug screening. Tamia was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She explained everything clearly, was efficient, and had such a positive attitude that it turned what could have been a stressful appointment into a pleasant experience. Came to this location about an hour after they opened. Only waited about 15 min before going back to get my DOT physical. I had Timea who checked all my vitals and she was absolutely amazing. She was very nice and soft spoken. Did not rush me or herself and made sure she did everything correctly and explained some things I didn’t understand. I appreciate her demeanor and bedside manner. I always come to this location because of Caleb. Even though it’s a busy office, Caleb always gets me in and out on time. The wait time here is much shorter compared to other locations. Thank you, Mr. Caleb. Please get some rest, and don’t worry, I’ll be back looking for you
I visited for this location for an inquiry and was impressed with the service I received. Mr. Caleb took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and professionally despite being busy with other patients. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable.
