Kalam is an excellent property manager. Unfailingly quick to respond to enquiries; efficient in finding solutions and best quotations; thorough and knowledgeable. Definitely a better option than going with a large organisation where you might have to deal with several people or departments. He knows and cares about the buildings he looks after and is very good at understanding individual needs. It is a pleasure working with him.
