I am sorry to say I have had a very poor experience with Cadmus Property this year and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. While at first they appeared organised, helpful and proactive, they have quickly turned to ignoring emails and avoiding answering simple questions about finances over the phone. Additionally they have repeatedly promised to deliver some long overdue Section 20 works and claimed that the contractors are starting 'next week', but after weeks and weeks of nothing, I've lost confidence in them.
We had experience of using Cadmus Property as our managing agent in our block of flats and we always found them responsive and thought the portal system was great for managing our service charge payments
Kalam is an excellent property manager. Unfailingly quick to respond to enquiries; efficient in finding solutions and best quotations; thorough and knowledgeable. Definitely a better option than going with a large organisation where you might have to deal with several people or departments. He knows and cares about the buildings he looks after and is very good at understanding individual needs. It is a pleasure working with him.
Cadmus have been fantastic in taking over our property management - we have faced a number of challenges with the building/developer and they have been incredibly efficient and professional in working to resolve these, alongside ensuring all building requirements are in place that we weren’t previously aware of. Would highly recommend.
