Worst management company ever. From CEO Niel Cadman down to onsite managers Barron, his father, and Norma Marron. they only care about money, not tenants. The property 1200 -1240 E 52nd st Long Beach is crawling with roaches and rodents, garbage areas are overflowing, and nothing gets cleaned or fixed.
