I had a very positive experience at this clinic. Dr. Brianna Michael was attentive, kind, and very supportive. She made me feel comfortable and truly listened to me. I’m very grateful for her care. — Zarrina
They coded my annual physical exam incorrectly and I’ve been receiving bills from the lab (when I should not have any out of pocket costs for the visit). I contacted the medical coding office LAST YEAR to correct it - since then, haven’t heard back and still getting bills from the lab. I called again and they can’t even find my patient record at all. Don’t recommend this place.
Went in for an appointment and the receptionist working is EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. I have encountered once before and she was rude then too. Use to always like the experience but since they moved the check-in to downstairs it feels very ghetto and unprofessional. Do not recommend coming here. I will not be back. Changing my doctor TODAY.
Providers do really care and respectful. They helped me a lot during difficult times.
