I just got off the phone with a very considerate and professional young lady at the Cadillac VA. She was very informative and put up with my hearing difficulty. Update: I recently had my first appointment with my primary care doctor at the Cadillac VA Clinic. I've never been to any medical place where the employees were as dedicated and professional as the Cadillac Clinic. My primary care doctor, Marc Robinson, Ph.D., is the best in my 81 years of life. To say the least, impressive!
Everytime I try to schedule an appt, its 2-3 months out. Ask for care for certain things, and get pushed in another direction. Get told to just purchase otc medication for mild things like allergies. Couldnt seem to get care for any chronic issues. Switched clinics because this one was just that uncaring.
