Mis information, worthless phone system, false information given, rude. Drive 50 minutes one way and lab closed after being told it was open. Saginaw region needs new oversight.
I’m so happy Cadillac has a clinic now i used to drive to Grand Rapids and traverse city I really have no complaints about the new clinic the staff and nurses are wonderful people I’m a part of a new home nurse program from there where I get a nurse visiting me at home and a social worker sometimes we all do video appointments or meet at restaurants or coffee shops twice a week I meet with them they are helping me get out into the community more I had a social skills group with a wonderful doctor and fellow veterans to inter... read more
Multiple problems over the last year. Just recently waited 2 hour for labs and ended up not getting them done. We'll I guess im heading to TC next time. Great job again cadillac MI VA
