Really Great I was referred to there office by my physician. due to problems with my bladder. They where all very kind, Patient and understanding. Thru all my office visits and treatments the Doctor and staff where great and very friendly. The office atmosphere was nice.
Very Poor Customer Service My husband was referred to Dr. McAndrews by his family practice doctor for severe shoulder pain. It took over a month to get an appointment, during which time my husband saw a chiropractor which has dramatically reduced his discomfort. Today we both went in for his 10am appointment and did not see Dr. Andrews until approximately 11:10am. Immediately after introductions I told him that we had been waiting over an hour. Time well spent. I spent a ton of time with her before seeing Dr. Antinozzi. She spent what seemed like an hour going through all of my problems. She was very through and talked with me the whole time. I felt as if she was really listening to me.
