Far from “Top Tier” service as advertised. By far the worst service experience I have received from a Cadillac Dealership in over 25+ years of buying and driving now my 8th Cadillac which is a 2024 CT5V that I purchased brand new from Jim Ellis JAN 2024. On 7/7 I had a 10a appt. for oil change and tires/wheels replacement/repairs to be covered by tire/wheel warranty purchased with new vehicle and a few other vehicle maintenance request. I'd recently been hearing a whining noise from my 2011 Escalade Ext, so I brought it in for a diagnostic of the transmission on April 3rd. I was told no noise was coming from the transmission, rather the noise was coming from the engine.Such a farce. Needless to say, I paid $2k for service on April 8th and on that same day as I am returning home, the transmission goes out.
