People were nice and courteous. They got it taken care of. The Cadillac app didn't coordinate everything right. The only disappointment I had was it not being cleaned when I picked up. I was told to wait an hr and a half and they would have it cleaned. I waited 3 hrs or more and it still wasn't cleaned. Disappointing.
The repair was fine in a timely manner, and since it was lengthy, they provided me a loaner car. The bill was exactly as stated even though they did find another, much smaller, issue, which they also took care of.
Quick great service
Starts up good no hesitations now but we are still experiencing shift to park issue. We need to get this resolved too.
