Rommel lujan was great. Explained everything to me and kept me posted. He had my car earlier than expectged.
LOF first service for our 2025 XT5. They washed the car and it was dirtier than when I arrived. Also a large stain on the driver seat leather that I had to work on for an hour after I got home. Seat could not have been covered. Tire valve stem cap missing after having the tires rotated and pressures adjusted.
Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Especially my service agent Brian Fisher he is always thorough when explaining what is going on with my car. It's always a pleasant experience when I take my car to Demmit in St. Pete.

Ken Scott always takes exceptional care of me and my vehicle the mechanics do a wonderful job and service on my vehicle. I have yet to have any problems I have yet to have to take it back. I’m thoroughly satisfied with the service I receive from Ken and the mechanics at Demmit CADILLAC thank you guys so very very much for being so professional at what you do. God bless you.
