I recently brought my car in to potentially trade in for a newer vehicle. They quoted a price but never disclosed that it was contingent to the trade in. When I pursued a different vehicle outside of this dealership, they reduced the price that was quoted, but never disclosed it was subject to the trade in. I agreed to proceed based on the new price.
