My husband spent a couple weeks running down the car I wanted with all the bells and whistles that I wanted. He found it at Pasadena Cadillac. He called and spoke to Cham. We told home the car we were interested in and it was still on the lot. We drove from Ventura and met with Cham. He showed us the car. When I bought my car it was a great experience. When something When wrong with it complete opposite. Was told they would get back to me regarding a trade. Never heard another word. I won't be back.
I just got my first ever EV and the team at Cadillac Pasadena took really good care of me and made it super easy to get me out of my current lease and into a gorgeous new Cadillac Lyriq.
