Classic dealership. Bought a used Escalade and didn’t disclose dealer add-ons until I was signing the papers. Added 6k worth of added dealer add-ons which became almost the price of a new Escalade. Only came with one key. I had to follow up to get a second key. When I called for not receiving plates and registration after 2 and an half month, no call back or no answer. I followed up through the whole process. Only interested in selling cars. Not interested in customer relationship.
