LOVE Randel!!!!!! This experience actually took back a few poor experiences I’ve had! I have two Cadillacs and have been going to this location for 10 years… service was great in the past and it fell off and now with Raudel its back. I spend a lot of money here and always hope my car is taken care of. I almost started looking for a local place due to the last experience. I’ll be back due to Raudel and excited for my next Cadillac when done with my lease.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership’s service department. Despite giving clear and repeated “DO NOT WASH” instructions during my service visit, my 2024 Escalade was washed anyway and sustained visible paint damage. I picked up the car on Tuesday and immediately noticed the issue.
