If I could give this place negative stars I would. We’ve had a top of the line Cadillac for 3 years now. This dealership is right by our house and was fantastic under the previous owners when I had another Cadillac. This go around with the new owners has been truly horrible. For 3 years we’ve been trying to have them fix an issue where our Escalade mirror won’t hold its position in memory. They’ve kept our car, the only one that fits our family, for well over two months in total time. No fix. I told them to replace the mirro... read more

Waited all day since 8:30am for a simple door fix and a recall fix and nothing got done, that the part for the door is going to take three days to arrive. They said they called and left a message, I checked and nothing. I honestly expected way better and faster service. Its Cadillac the high standard.
