My wife and I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Springfield Buick, GMC and Cadilac. The expeerience was great! Everyone that we delt with was pleasant and were glad that we were there. Our sales person was Jim Ream, and he was very personable and genuinely interested in us. If you are looking for a used vehicle as we were, stop in and talk with Jim. His manager, Tim Sheerin, was very helpful and saved us a lot of money because he was interested in what we were doing in our lives. Two thumbs up!
I love working with the service professionals especially for warranty work. Ken returned all my calls promptly and followed up with any questions or concerns i had. Courtesy rides back home and to pick up my vehicle are great and very convienent. I really appreciate that service and Thanks for having that option for us! The staff is efficient, friendly, and i always get my vehicle back in great shape. Well deserved pat on the back!
Call there about getting a key for a car and the parts department guy was kind of snotty with me I don't know why I don't know I felt like I was treated less than
