If you want horrible service after you purchase a Cadillac, come here. My first oil change and seat rattle appt. took over a week and no calls from service advisor. I sceduled my 2nd oil change and was told no loaners any longer and I would have to wait. WOW! I never had these issues when owned by Massey. Would not recommend to anyone. This dealership needs to read Carl Sewell's book. Huge fail and thumbs down.
Ata Barakat was my salesman on 1-14-2021 & Sonny was the finance guy that told lies about the warranty. Ata promised me that the tires on the 2017 XTS I purchased, would be in great condition instead they were bald. Garland Cadillac allows nice luxury vehicles to leave their dealership with bald tires. Incompetent, untruthful and deceitful. Vehicle registration and plates is a simple task. I could add more detail, but Garland Cadillac isn't worth anymore of my time. And, the vehicle will be serviced elsewhere. Thankful to be done with Garland Cadillac!
Not upfront about fees and rude when asked about it. Gave me a tip to buy my next vehicle somewhere else! Sharing this tip!
Nana Prempeh my salesman helped made my first on-line buying experience an easy process. He is seemingly "old school" as his word is his bond and did everything in great detail up to and including post-delivery of my new car. My trade was picked up and sent back, all paper work explained expertly by Nana. I was a bit nervous and in retrospect should not have been. Good process all together.
Car has been there for service for 37 days, nobody answers the phone or returns calls. Unprofessional is a compliment - do not recommend!
STAY AWAY FROM STERLING KIA. I was looking to purchase as 50K Kia Carnival, but I would not agree to the dealer’s low ball offer on my trade-in.
