Took my car in for service, which was prompt, Brian Gunter was very friendly and very attentive, all repairs and cost was explained so I could understand ,overall it was a very good experience. The Customer Lounge was clean, snacks and beverages was well stocked, the theater seetting was very relaxing.
I'm very please to have my car service there. I bring every time my car needs servicing.
I had a wonderful experience here at South Charlotte Cadillac. My sales person was Grizelle Sanchez and I must say she was wonderful with very friendly service. I went in wanting to buy one Cadillac and ending up driving off the lot with 2 Cadillacs his n hers. I had the best experience here at Cadillac. Service techs are well trained and will inform if something else is found while performing requested service on your car. Every employee is courteous and mindful of you and go to every means necessary to ensure you total and complete satisfaction.
Bought a used Escalade in November 2015. Great experience all around! Finest SUV I've ever owned! I now have 74,000 miles and needed a set of tires. Very surprised to find out that they were the ORIGINAL factory tires so I bought the same brand from Cadillac of South Charlotte. They did a great job, provided me with a loaner Cadillac, price matched the best price I had found, and gave me a $100 rebate! Great Service-Great Car-Great Dealership!
