Terrible Service! Had my vehicle for 6 days and didn't fix anything! Then gave me a $2,000 dollar quote about something that was supposed to be fixed during a "Safety Recall". After I told them I wanted to speak to the store manager, the service manager Eric said that I threatened to punch an associate in the face. Rude, dismissive, very poor customer service. We purchased our vehicle on a cloudy day, went out of town then when we arrived home on a sunny day we noticed a cloudy substance on the windows that would not come off. We went to the dealership to get the issues resolved, we paid a lot of money for a vehicle that we expect to look nice. We were told that it was a used car and were pretty much shoved off. They lied about tire and windshield add on warranties. Buyers beware do not buy any added warranties. 5 year extra warranty no other dealers will work on vehicle as Cavendar will not authorize. Stay away. Buy from a DIFFERENT CADILLAC dealer!
Awful people. Gave me a price over the phone and emailed me the same price. After driving 1.5 hours for a test drive, the increased the MSRP $10k. Terrible way to do business.
Leased a vehicle Sept 15th 2021, still waiting for registration and tags Jan.13,2022, four months. Have been given many dates, excuses, and a lot of poor service with hiding behind voicemails, not returning calls and not getting any worthwhile information. Very poor customer service and follow up.
