I had a very bad experience at Cadillac of South Charlotte. Bring the vehicle in for a simple recall paying nothing out of pocket. Come back to pick up the vehicle three minutes down the street all kind of lights come on on the dash turn around take the vehicle back to Cadillac of South Charlotte and you try to charge me $650
